Journalist and broadcaster Jenny Kleeman is set to return this May with a new series of “The Gift,” where she will meet individuals whose lives have been irrevocably altered by DNA tests. The series delves into the intersection of genealogy, technology, and identity, uncovering scandals, solving mysteries, and revealing life-changing truths.
Building on the success of its first two series, “The Gift” has garnered extraordinary stories from listeners worldwide, all transformed by at-home DNA tests. The program continues to explore the myriad secrets hidden within the ever-growing global DNA database.
The upcoming series will feature compelling narratives such as: twin sisters whose unique bond faces an unimaginable challenge; a sperm donor’s curiosity leading to an unexpected relationship; a woman discovering a shocking true crime story that illuminates her own identity; a French couple contemplating breaking the law to uncover genetic truths; and a man becoming a murder suspect after his father’s DNA submission to the Mormon Church.
