Indonesian River Overflows Due to Heavy Rain

Heavy rainfall on May 4 led to the Cipamingkis river overflowing its banks in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. A local resident, Ending Ismail, who documented the flood, informed the BBC that a glamping facility was destroyed by the powerful currents, and an Islamic school narrowly avoided collapse. Ismail reported that over 150 families have been affected by the incident; however, no injuries or fatalities have been reported.
